What makes this fitness guide different than others you may see online??! This plan is truly customized for you! You’ll receive a full fitness questionnaire and movement assessment before any plans are made. This will help me to develop a plan that fits your goals best while working within how you enjoy training, and still challenging you. After assessment your plan will be broken up in 3 phases that are each 4 weeks. Before you even begin you’ll have an introduction to training session where we will focus on the how-to of training and all the dos and don’t for effective exercise. This is perfect for those who have never trained before so they will know how to actually perform each exercise! No more guessing and you’ll know you’re getting the most from your workout. This 12 week plan also includes twice a month virtual guided training sessions, 5 day a week workouts with 2 rest days, and regular check ins. I’ll be available via email or text 24-7 for all your fitness questions and to make any adjustments to your plan as needed. No more one size fits all training plan! Additional one-on-one sessions can be added at a discounted price as well!
