Service Description

During 2-on-1 online personal training sessions, you and your workout partner can stay connected and exercise together. I will guide you through various physical exercises while the two of you have the chance to push, motivate, and inspire each other! Two-on-one personal training sessions are available online! All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone to receive customized personal training via FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom. How many sessions will I need? I recommend: 1 session/week for maintenance/direction 2 sessions/week for fat loss & muscle gain 3 sessions/week for accelerated results. Intensive; not recommended for beginners
