Service Description

Personal Training and fitness are only part of the equation to a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition is key! Our one-on-one sessions will focus on developing a sustainable way of eating and meal planning to fit all aspects of your life. This service will include: o Review of current diet o Pantry clean out o Meal planning o Grocery shopping o Continued nutrition services One-on-one nutrition counseling will focus on establishing balanced meals to reach your fitness goals! Sessions will be 45 minutes and will take place over video chat or phone call. Clients will require multiple sessions. In the initial session we'll discuss current diet, food sensitivities and any other relevant information for creating the best sustainable diet. We'll then need a minimum of 2 follow-up appointments.
