If you’re not ready for one-on-one personal training and you’re disciplined enough to work out on your own consistently, I’ve created various self-guided online exercise programs for you! You can purchase any of these programs and use them at home to work toward and meet your fitness goals. This is the perfect opportunity for more advanced fitness buffs to keep working toward their goals from their home. These programs are what I recommend after you’ve been through a few one-on-one sessions with me to continue on your healthy living journey.
