Small Group Personal Training Sessions

If you find one-on-one personal training intimidating, I also offer small group personal training sessions for those looking to start a healthy lifestyle with the support of a few friends! I will guide you all through a training session while your group has the chance to motivate and inspire each other. Everyone has different strengths and abilities when it comes to working out. My goal as your trainer is to push you to become your best self in a maintainable way so that you can continue it for the rest of your life. So, let’s enjoy some fitness sessions with a few friends and get started today!

Small group personal training sessions are especially beneficial to those who are coming back from an injury. When you have an injury, no matter how big or small, working out can seem daunting and down-right terrifying; however, I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way! I will work with you and your small group during our online group fitness trainings to help you work through your injuries in a safe way to build muscles that help your body recover from injury. I am a NASM-certified corrective exercise specialist with the training and experience to help you overcome anything.

Small group personal training sessions are available online! All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone to receive customized personal training via FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom.

So, how many sessions will you need? I recommend one session per week for maintenance and direction, two sessions per week for fat loss and muscle gain, and three sessions per week for accelerated results. Intensive courses are not recommended for beginners, but they’re something to work up to.
